Rental Information
The Kersey Community Center offers rental space for a wide variety of events, programs and gatherings. For all rental inquiries, please contact us prior to filling out a Rental Application to ensure desired date and times are available. Facility rental applications are available online through the link below please; read over all requirements and policies before submitting a rental application.
Outlined process for rental applications and approvals:
Step 1: contact us or review the Rental Calendar to make sure the date and time you desire is available
Step 2: fill out the Facility Rental Application online below with online payment due upon application
(If you are interested in using the facility on a regular basis please see the Reoccurring Group Facility Rental Application below).
Step 3: Town of Kersey Staff will 'approve' of the application and contact the responsible party for the application
Step 3: Town of Kersey Staff will provide a Rental Agreement (physical copy) to the responsible party to be signed
Step 4: rental will be added to the Rental Calendar
Step 5: Town of Kersey Staff will contact responsible party with any further paperwork or requirements needed for the rental (i.e. Alcohol Policy if applicable, set up procedures, cleaning procedures, etc.)
