Yoga- Monday PM

Join our amazing yoga instructor, Aracely DeLaCruz, to work on body balance and flexibility activities that combine physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress. Different poses and postures will be used while standing, seated or lying down. 

30-Min Circuit Class- Tuesday AM

If you're looking for a high-intensity workout that will help tone your body and shed fat, this is a great class to attend. Most of the exercises will be performed using just body weight but will be high-energy and fast-paced class that involves working your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.

POUND Fitness- Wednesday PM

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provided the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities! Fitness Classes Weekly Schedule

****Fitness class registration is done in as 6-week sessions for $30 class style (yoga, circuit or pound). We will need a minimum of 5 registrants in order to actually hold the classes and then from that point any drop-ins are welcome for a charge of $5/class. The first 6-week session will run August 23rd-September 22nd.
