Water
Kersey is beginning a ten-year plan for necessary water infrastructure improvements coupled with rising costs. 

• Residential base rates will increase gradually from $23.84 in 2023 to $39.45 in 2033. 
• Commercial base rates will gradually increase from $23.84 in 2023 to $34.29 by 2033. 
• Residential use rates will change from the current three-tiered system to five tiers. 
• Commercial use rates will increase from $3.69/1000 gallons to $10/1000 gallons. 

Sewer 
Kersey is beginning a ten-year plan for necessary sewer infrastructure improvements and expense increases. 

• Residential base rates will increase gradually from $31.44 in 2023 to $41.40 in 2033. 
• Residential and commercial use rates will increase gradually from $4.14 in 2023 to $9.46 in 2033 per 1000 gallons. 

Stormwater 
The Town of Kersey is beginning a stormwater management plan to help alleviate drainage issues. There is a major stormwater plan for the older portions of Kersey including the Clark Street Stormwater project, Campbell and McIntire Street projects, Southwest Pond, 7th St improvements, and the Southeast Pond. 

• Beginning a in 2024 a $10 residential base rate will be charged increasing to $26.84 by 2033. 
• Beginning in 2024 a $15 commercial base rate will be charged increasing to $19.57 by 2033.
